SMOOTHIE RECIPE | The Green Morning

Perfect smoothie to start of your day with light ingredients from nature raising your energy!


Recipe

  • 100g Spinach

  • A large chunk of ginger

  • 1 celery stick

  • 200g pineapple

  • 1 lemon

  • A couple of chunks of cucumber




Mix the smoothie with however much water you want depending on how thick you want to make it.


  • I recommend 200ml energized water.


Place a peace of paper with a positive word under the glass of water like “love” or put some mountain crystals into it which will inform the molecules in the water with good vibes!
