Lifehack, take stress and unease away instantly!

If you ever get stressed in life, feel overwhelmed, have anxieties kicking in or are even hyperventilating due to an internal unease, then I have a life hack for you which will calm you instantly!
Picture yourself sitting or standing in the place where you are feeling at unease as your mind is running wild. Now imagine yourself zooming out from the world, see yourself in space looking at the vast emptiness around you with stars to your left and right and seeing planet earth in front of you.
It looks so small of a sudden. Are your problems or whatever caused your unease maybe also just as small?
Think of whatever caused you to be stressed and at unease. Whilst looking around through space, you see how truly small the planet is, and now picture how small that issue which ever is going through your mind is. It's not as important anymore as it was a few minutes ago right? Think about it, does it really matter, or was it your mind which enhanced that issue to be greater than it is?
Remember, your mind is an extremely powerful tool. You've heard the expression "you are making an elephant out of a fly" right? Maybe that's what your mind did in the precise situation you found yourself in.
Floating around in space looking at the small planet in this vast place makes whatever had so much power of your feelings loose quite a bit of importance right? It seems so much smaller than it was before.
Now picture yourself floating back onto earth, back in the place where you are and breathe. Breathe in and out repeatedly and know that whatever caused you to feel so unpleasantly really isn’t as bad as it has been made by your own mind.
Whenever you feel at unease from the smallest to the biggest “things” this exercise can help you feel more at ease and calm instantly.
