How to unleash your True Wild You

Another way to say your “wild you” is your “authentic self”, your “true you”, the you who you are under all these layers of conditioning and imposed belief systems. By unleashing your wild nature you can feel freely in expressing yourself, you can feel free in doing what you truly desire and wish to do, therefore you can live a life truly designed from yourself. If you’re intrigued and want to live through your wild you then continue reading.

Not living through your wild you simply means you are living life with different belief programs and conditioned perspectives how to see the world, limiting you and holding you back from being who you truly are.

In our first 7 years as a human, we develop a belief system, therefore whatever thought patterns and beliefs about reality and the world are imposed onto you, get stuck within your subconscious mind. And our subconscious mind is responsible for our conscious actions. Therefore, if you grew up in modern society, well then it’s very likely you have some imposed belief systems in your subconscious mind which do not belong to your wild you.

Any beliefs can be inserted and also removed in the subconscious mind, through excessive repetition. This can stem from beliefs developed in the environment you grew up in or various other factors. Which is why the modern school system is the way it is, to simply infuse specific information and beliefs into young children who are still easy to mold, in order for these children to participate in the laid out society game. Because when you are older and have heard certain information over and over for years, well it truly becomes your reality. Little do you know that these beliefs were imposed onto you and repeatedly infused as a belief in your subconscious mind and are now responsible for your conscious actions. Hence why people then participate in the story of university, job, marriage etc… that modern tale.

Signs that you are NOT living through your wild you

A clear sign that you are not living through your wild you is depression and anxiety. These are the two most common ones. You simply feel sad about your life, feel something is missing, something is not right, are constantly in your head thinking of the past or future, you are not present. The unfortunate part is, for many people this happens early on, when their natural childlike nature is rejected and they have to conform to society and well the school system. During the school years, you literally don’t have a choice and have to participate and eventually even the strongest can get overrun and loose touch to their true wild nature.

Let’s say you, reading this are in your what society has labeled as “adult years”. Therefore, these are signs you are not living through your true you:

  • Depression & anxiety (you’re living in the past and future but not the present)

  • Diverse illnesses and accidents (repetitively) Illnesses show you which part of your body has a huge energetic disbalance, therefore has been fully rejected. For example, you have not expressed your true self in years, then you have a huge disbalance in your throat chakra, in your ability to communicate and might have coughs all the time, or tonsilitis, loosing your voice, anything related to your throat, as it’s a sign you have lost your voice, your ability to communicate what you truly feel.

  • Overall lethargic, unmotivated feeling towards life

  • Unhappy in life

  • Unfortunate events keep happening in life (bad relationships, bad jobs, bad friends…)

Signs its time your wild you is calling you to unleash it

  • You can’t continue life like this

  • You are craving change desperately

  • You are ready to take drastic measures to change your life

  • You are fed up of this sh*t show

  • You are looking for alternative ways to heal

  • You know there is way more to life

  • You are asking yourself the deep questions about existence and reality and life and the universe

  • You’ve had some strange events happen which can’t be explained in reason

How to unleash your wild you

Now if you’re wild you has been hiding deep down within you somewhere, metaphorically speaking stuck in a golden cage, well its time to unleash that raw authentic and real you! I won’t kid you it’s not a walk in the park. As you have a few mountains to hike before fully being your wild you again! Here are some steps to take:

  1. Become fully aware that you are not living through your true you and want to unleash it.

  2. Discover the different beliefs which are limiting you, keeping you on a low vibrational frequency of life, keeping you believing certain perspectives which don’t feel right to you. To identify which beliefs are imposed its simple: the beliefs which feel heavy and yucki, those aren’t yours to keep. The beliefs which feel light and blissful those are from your true self.

  3. Look at what pains, traumas, wounds, hurts are residing in you, give them space, allow them to be heard and seen. This stage is truly hard and uncomfortable and might take a while. Face all the crap you don’t want to face. Free the inner child within you which was told to be quiet and rejected all these years ago.

Different methods which can help here are:

  • Writing everything down, every feeling, or memory or glimpse you receive to help you figure things out.

  • Do breathwork exercises, or simply sit in silence and breath in 4 times and out 4 times slowly and only focus on your breath, try that for as long as you can, and if you’ve never done it, it’s much harder than it seems.

  • Start meditating, either when you go to bed listen to some soothing guided meditation or once again during the day just sit and breath and focus on your breath, again this is quite hard for many to just be still (because the imposed beliefs and overdeveloped ego is constantly trying to get your attention to distract you from unleashing your wild you).

  • Do some movement exercises, go for walks in nature, Thai chi, yoga, climbing etc… just walking is also already great, you simply need to start with moving energies within.

  • Write the little version of you a letter from your “adult you”. This is a great forgiveness method allowing you to make peace with the fact that you rejected yourself because you allowed others’ beliefs to be imposed over your own beliefs and thus rejected your true self.

4. Once you have managed to remove imposed and old beliefs stuck within your subconscious mind, you can now fuel your subconscious mind with your own belief. Remember what it is you love doing. Try our EVERYTHING, I mean everything. Doesn’t matter how ridiculous it might seem, it’s the only way to fully remember what you truly love doing and actually want to do. Don’t give a sh*t about society… remember you are now free from imposed beliefs.

5. Once you figured out what your true desires and wishes are again, do those repeatedly!

Remember time and repetition is so crucial here. After identifying that you have imposed beliefs on you, it takes time to go through that uncomfortable stage of removing the old. Be patient with yourself, it doesn’t happen overnight, just keep trying. Then trying to remember what truly sets your soul on fire, what you love to do, that also takes time, so be patient with yourself, when you’re figuring that out. Keep doing those activities repeatedly, which help you, the meditations, movements, writing, even when you’re wild you has fully returned to the surface, these are simply amazing tools and will automatically become part of your everyday activities. 😉 Therefore, be patient on yourself and give it time to fully unleash the wild you, who you truly are!

A misconception is that life is supposed to be difficult and hard. No, life is supposed to be blissful and easy. It’s supposed to feel light. What is hard, is changing yourself from an old imposed identity which you have lived life through, to the authentic wild true you. What is hard it letting go of imposed and limiting beliefs, of an old identity which you have carried around for many years which doesn’t actually serve you. Healing past wounds, pain, trauma, which is the only path to release different feelings stuck within, that’s so hard and uncomfortable. It’s not an easy path but it’s the only path to living a liberated, free life. And once you manage to release all the crap stuck within you (beliefs in your subconscious mind, information registered in the cells of your body) you can allow the beliefs which come from your true you and feel so joyful and light, to reside in your subconscious mind, therefore allow you to have conscious, magical life experiences and be the new registered information in your cells. And then, oh life is magical! Life is so full of opportunities and miracles around every corner, you’ll sometimes have to pinch yourself because you won’t believe that this is real life!

I hope this article was useful for you and that it can help you unleash your wild true nature and help you to live a more beautiful, joyful, adventurous, happy life which you truly deserve!
